The Jordan Citizenship by Investment Program offers a unique opportunity for investors to gain Jordanian citizenship through significant economic contributions. As part of its strategic initiative to attract foreign capital, the Jordanian government has created a streamlined pathway to citizenship that supports the country's economic growth while providing benefits to investors and their families.
Jordan is located in a key geopolitical region in the Northern Arabian Peninsula, with proximity to major regional economies like Saudi Arabia and Israel. Although landlocked, its position allows investors to access diverse markets across the Middle East and beyond. The country’s rich cultural heritage, stable political environment, and growing economy make it an attractive destination for foreign nationals seeking a second citizenship.
Through the Jordan Citizenship by Investment Program, wealthy individuals are invited to contribute to the nation’s economy by choosing one of several qualifying investment options. These options include placing substantial deposits with the Central Bank of Jordan, purchasing government bonds, acquiring shares in Jordanian companies, or investing in local projects that create jobs for Jordanians.
What sets this program apart is its efficiency. Eligible applicants, along with their immediate family members, can obtain Jordanian citizenship within as little as three months, making it one of the fastest citizenship programs in the region. Once granted, citizenship provides full rights to live, work, and study in Jordan, along with visa-free or visa-on-arrival access to a number of countries.
By participating in this program, investors not only secure a foothold in a country poised for further growth but also contribute to Jordan’s long-term economic development through foreign direct investment.
Grenadian citizens enjoy visa-free or visa-on-arrival access to over 140 countries, including key global destinations such as the UK, China, Russia, Singapore, and the Schengen Area of Europe. This makes travel for business or leisure more convenient and less restrictive.
Citizenship provides the right to live, work, and study in Jordan without the need for additional permits or visas.
The citizenship extends to the investor’s spouse, children under 18, and dependent parents, allowing the entire family to benefit.

To qualify for citizenship, the primary applicant must be over 18 years of age, meet the application requirements, and satisfy one of the two primary qualifying options:
A minimum non-refundable contribution to the NTF of USD 235,000 for a single applicant or for a family of up to four members
A minimum investment of USD 270,000 in a government-approved real estate project is required. Additionally, a non-refundable contribution of at least USD 50,000 applies to this option. The property must be held for a minimum of five years if it is resold as a qualifying investment to another Citizenship by Investment participant. Alternatively, it can be sold at any time after the initial purchase.
The Grenada Citizenship by Investment Program typically takes 4 to 6 months from application submission to passport issuance. Applicants must first engage an authorized agent to prepare and submit necessary documents. Once submitted, the Citizenship by Investment Unit conducts a thorough due diligence process, which takes about 3 to 4 months. After receiving approval, applicants complete the required investment, either in real estate or the National Transformation Fund. Here is an overview of the procedure and timeline involved in this process:
Applicants must work with an authorized agent licensed by the Grenadian government to manage the application process. The agent will guide the applicant through documentation, legal advice, and ensure compliance with program requirements.
The applicant must gather the required documents, including:
Passport copies, birth certificates, marriage certificate, police clearance certificates, medical reports, financial statements proving the source of funds.
The CBIU conducts a thorough background check and due diligence on the applicant and any included dependents. During this period, the application is assessed for compliance with Grenada's legal requirements. The applicant is notified of approval, conditional approval, or rejection.
Upon receiving a preliminary approval, the applicant is required to make the full investment. This can either be a donation to the National Transformation Fund (NTF) or an investment in a government-approved real estate project. Proof of payment is submitted to the CBIU.
After confirming the investment, the authorities conduct a final review of the application and investment compliance. If everything is in order, the application is approved.
Once the investment is confirmed, the applicant is granted Grenadian citizenship. Citizenship certificates are issued, and the applicant is eligible to apply for a Grenadian passport through the agent. The passport is usually issued within 2-4 weeks.
FNDCS Immigration continues to provide support to clients even after they have obtained citizenship. This may include assistance with passport renewal, citizenship-related inquiries, and ongoing advisory services.
Real estate investment in Grenada is a popular option under the Citizenship by Investment Program, allowing investors to acquire citizenship by purchasing government-approved properties. To qualify, applicants must invest a minimum of USD 270,000 in an approved real estate project, such as resorts, villas, or luxury developments. In addition to the investment, a non-refundable contribution of at least USD 50,000 is required. The property must be held for a minimum of five years if it is to be resold to another Citizenship by Investment applicant. This option not only provides a path to Grenadian citizenship but also offers potential for property appreciation and rental income, making it an attractive choice for investors.
